so obama won the nobel peace prize. i'm little skeptical since nominations for the prize closed 2 weeks after he took office. the people voting for obama were either psychic or just figured giving obama the prize would be the popular thing to do.
i think it would make more sense not to hand it out some years. they could just make an announcement that no prize would be awarded this year because there was no cessation of any wars. maybe i'm jaded but i'd also make a rule that all politicians were ineligible for any of the nobel prizes.
i'm a little sad today because i just received the last fresh tomato from my dad's garden. they were sweet while they lasted.

I still have okra penis's sprouting all over the place..there are 5-8 blooms for new ones and they just keep on a coming..I have been picking them really small and they are so sweet and tender, just fry them whole..

I think the nomination was an act of faith by someone who sees him as the worlds savior. Its that or a NEOCON conspiracy to later use it to smear him. The vote was easy to predict though, like everyone else including Obama I didn't even know he was nominated, How else has the Nobel group got to show it's hope for the future. Now we are at least ignoring the right war.
