Moral Collapse of a Nation

without a doubt, ADBUSTERS is my favorite magazine. i was trying to find the marquess of queensbury rules for torture. so who you gonna call, adbusters!

They are divided into three categories, each of which comprises several degrees of intensity: preparatory (nakedness, manipulated feeding, sleep deprivation), corrective (blows) and coercive (being hosed with water, locked in boxes, or subjected to torture by immersion). Slaps on the face must be administered by the fingers spread out, halfway between the tip of the chin and the bottom of the earlobe. Hosing a naked prisoner with water can last for 20 minutes if the water is at 5°C, 40 if it is at 10°C, and up to 60 if it is 15°C. Sleep deprivation must not last longer than 180 hours, but, after 8 hours’ rest, they can begin again. Torture by immersion can last up to 12 seconds, no more than 2 hours per day, for 30 consecutive days (a particularly tough prisoner underwent this torture 183 times over, in March 2003). A prisoner should not be locked in a box for more than 2 hours, but if the box allows the prisoner to stand upright, he can stay there up to eight hours at a stretch, 18 hours per day. If you put an insect in with him, you cannot tell the prisoner that its sting will be extremely painful or indeed deadly. And so on and so forth, for page after page.

this comes from Moral Collapse of a Nation, another quality adbuster story.

oh yeah, happy birthday to the country in moral collapse.

here's ruby guarding my tomato plant.

i love you sons of bitches.

I was stuck inside a barrel for 10 hours while people beat on it & later was buried so only my eyes. nose, and mouth were exposed. That was training. That was the second day. It went downhill from there.

Well now, that was disturbing! I did not watch the video. The photo was enough. What a happy smile that man had!
Its not new of course. Torture, rape, pillage... that's war for you.
As for government sanction and rules... well we are talking about a government.

BTW Ruby looks very happy on guard duty!

thimscool - i agree it'll worse, in fact it probably is a lot worse than we know. would it be cruel and unusual punishment to force a muslim to drink gay blueberry cinnamon coffee?

bob - wow, i can only imagine what happened on day 3 etc.

silly - ruby does like to bask in the summer sun then come into the basement and collapse.

Where are the rules about forcing prisoners to listen to heavy metal music? I suppose those lawyers don't even consider that to be torture, such is their moral collapse.

Yes it would, but such is Rome.

Do you suppose it would be different if the Canukistani's we're the banker's favorite pet?

Damn, thimscool...You pretty much nailed it. Twice!
We left England, only to go back to fellating the BanKhazars that owned her less than 200 years later.
Time to clean house.

thimscool said...

House has already been cleaned three times... we're on our 4th central bank now. It too will fail, and this time it will take the world with it.

In a way, I've developed a respect for Alexander Hamilton (a man I used to revile). Our Constitution is incomplete: it could do a decent job of protecting against political tyranny, except for the fact that it is silent about economic tyranny.

It's about time we shuffled the cards again, eh?

Torture for me would be being forced to watch Fox news while sitting in a comfy recliner.

gb - i guess it depends on how good the sound system is.

thims - we are the bankers favorite pets!! our banks are very pleased with their oligopoly.

ted - i don't think you can clean the house because the banks own the house and the politicians. maybe put all your money into physical gold. have i ever mentioned that i like gold?

thims - with all the credit default swaps and derivatives circling the globe i don't think anyone really has a firm grasp of the problem. and with all the credit default swaps that the banks and investment houses own they stand to profit big time when it falls apart. just like 2009.

robert - i have to admit that i like bill o'rielly. i love to watch him bait people.

When a government no longer bends to the will of it's people, it turns on it's own people.
The killing, torturing machine has a madman at it's controls, put there by madmen. The masses could easily take control but they have been blinded and cannot see.

billy pilgrim said...

tex - i think the masses are too busy fighting each other rather than going after the head of the snake. of course the captains of industry are taking full advantage of the economic upheaval. they might even be making a few bucks.

It's getting pretty deep in here, I've never heard of ADBUSTERS but all I can say is, be safe out there.

As for the so called moral collaspe of a nation, why can't everyone be okay with screwing each other instead of killing each other?

Oh, right, religions, can't just fuck, must kill.

billy - i think you'll like adbusters. they're the guys that started buy nothing day. you'll make a great culture jammer. death to consumerism!!

tex - my tomatoes are doing the craps. the plants are healthy and growing but no feckin tomatoes yet. maybe i should have planted something else ;)

ruby is a real basker!

Maybe your tomatoes didn't get pollinated? Even plants need sex.

billy pilgrim said...

we've got scads of bees around the house.

can a gay bee pollinate a tomato?

can a gay bee pollinate a tomato?

Gay bees don't live long enough to do much of anything, in most of nature gay things don't stand much of a chance of living long, they get killed or chased off to make it on their own.

Nature hasn't got any use for queers, generally speaking.

i guess that's why greece is facing insolvency.
