this gimmick is not producing the results i had hoped for but it's the only thing i could come up with that didn't involve the expense of handing out expensive gifts for quality comments. so it goes.

thims - i don't think old charley is a dickens character buy i wouldn't bet my life on it.
gb - i don't think old charley is blushing, i think his complexion probably has something to do with alcohol.
I like Old Charlie a lot. I get the feeling that he's Irish and has a shillelagh to give you a sharp whack in the shin if you get up to shenanigans! Perhaps even singing a good drinking song as he weaves his way home leaning on that crookedy stick.
