I,like many people love fast food even though I know it's bad for me.
It is a short trip to make o say I and people like me should be sterilized to prevent my from fathering children who may be destined to become obese thus increasing their chances of developing serious health issues that will result in higher than normal medical costs.

I got a little off on a tangent earlier. I was reminded of something by what you wrote and forgot you said it was voluntary. I remember a big scandal about mental patents being sterilized and even lobotomized without their consent.
