Common sense will tell you that you want the freshest lettuce but that doesn't mean your going to get it, you'll get what they serve you and it'll be using the fifo method. And if they work on the just in time delivery method that's fine with me because everything is always pretty fresh anyway. I'll likely get fresher lettuce at a fast food place than a grocery store.
